Loomis Lantern - Nightlight

The nightlight attached to this sculpture is a wall plug nightlight, and is an automatic one, so it lights up automatically when it's dark. It casts a slight starbust design on the wall behind it just like a vintage TV lamp.
The classic option is for the original orange jackolantern, with orange-yellow inside.
For the black and white version, you choose whatever single color you’d like for the inside. You can reach out to let us know what color you’d like, or we will reach out to you if we don’t hear from you once it comes time to create your piece.
The Gak-o-Lantern is UV reactive so not only does it work as a toxic glow nightlight, it also looks amazing under backlight. That one will come as shown in the photos (orange pumpkin, green stem, and neon green inside dripping out). The drips may vary from one lantern to the next because there's only so much you can do to control toxic 90s kid slime!
The multicolor option can be done on any of the pumpkin options but it does look best in the black and white pumpkin or the classic orange. But you get to pick up to 5 colors for this options. I cannot guarantee exact placement of the colors, as they do have a mind of their own. But they will look very similar to the layout of the one in the photos of this listing. For your color choices, you can message us after checkout. If we don't hear from you once it comes time to make your lantern, we will reach out and ask what colors your like.
It measures 5 inches long, 4.5 inches wide, and 2.75 inches in depth.
This Loomis Lantern sculpture was first created in the summer of 2019 for a "Halloween" (the movie) themed art exhibition at SugarMynt Gallery. SugarMynt Gallery is located in Pasadena, California, and is directly next to the Original Michael Myers house. So, needless to say, we are very honored to have made this special piece just for that location/exhibit. The Loomis Lantern was sculpted by Erin in water based clay. Then Erin molded it in silicone order to create copies in order to make different variations. It's final form is a polyeurethane plastic which has been hand casted, hand sanded, hand stained, hand painted, hand sealed, and then, a nightlight is hand placed in the back so its ready to warm your dark nights!

These are made to order, therefore can take up to 4 weeks to receive. Also note that ordering close to certain Holidays, like Halloween or Christmas could cause even further delays in processing and delivery. Please feel free to reach out if you need something by a certain date so we can verify whether or not it will be in your hands on time.
Since each item is handmade completely (no machines used aside from sanding) slight variations may occur in their sizes, textures, colors, paint jobs, etc. In 8 years of making and selling these items, we have only had 1 person reach out due to these variations that naturally occur, so we like to think most of our collectors agree this makes them extra special and unique.
