This Green-Eyed Vintage Black Cat Mask is a unique, highly limited variant of one of my most iconic sculpts. Featuring vivid green eyes, a carved-wood finish, and a distressed antique paint treatment, this version has only been created a handful of times over the last decade—making it a true collector’s piece for lovers of early 1900s Halloween ephemera.

Each mask is sculpted, cast, and painted entirely by hand. Thick-wall polyurethane resin gives it heirloom durability while preserving the rustic, handmade feel of vintage papier-mâché cats from the golden age of Halloween.

Though it includes a rustic twine tie for wearing, this mask is primarily designed as display art. It hangs beautifully on a wall or sits upright on a shelf, mantle, or spooky vignette.

Craftsmanship

Each mask begins as an original clay sculpture. It is then molded, cast in durable resin, hand-sanded, hand-painted, and sealed. The aged texture, crackling, and brushwork give each cat its own personality and ensure no two pieces ever look the same.
